I bought it on BaT auction at $12750+commission and had $3000 of repairs to get the car in excellent everyday drivable shape.
I had driven about 400 miles since I bought it and it drives perfect.
repairs done: Rear struts replaced, side mirror controller replaced, alternator replaced, Cd changer and amplifier repaired, rear speakers replaced.

The 4.0-liter 1UZ-FE V8 was factory rated at 250 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. The timing belt and water pump were replaced in 2012.

This 1993 Lexus SC400 was purchased new by the seller from Val Strough Lexus in Oakland, California, and has since remained registered in that state. Powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, the car is finished in Garnet Pearl over gray leather upholstery.
