Oil has been changed every 3k with Castrol's Semi-Synthetic 10w30 "High Mileage (75k+) oil to preserve emissions equipment and seals. I've only ever used Mobile 1 oil filters and run paper filters so as not to damage any of the sensors attached to the intake.
