1967 Ford Mustang Deluxe - Factory power brakes, auto trans, deluxe hood, vinyl top. Original "C" code 289, Factory 5 lug. Paint color is west coast only color "N" code Diamond Blue (very badly faded/oxidized)
Good Stuff: Motor has approx 40K mi. on rebuilt bottom end (not the original block?), factory 67 heads (not the originals) rebuilt at Goodies Speed Shop (San Jose, CA) about 8K mi. on the heads. Edelbrock performer intake manifold. Very old full length hooker headers, newer exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers (about 4K mi. on exhaust) 4 row radiator, flex cooling fan. Braided steel fuel line, AN fittings, Edelbrock high volume mechanical fuel pump. Complete MSD ignition system, digital ignition box, mechanical advance distributor, MSD coil, MSD wires, NGK V-power plugs. "Granada swap" front disc brakes. American Racing Torque Thrust D wheels, not original (one has some curb rash). KYB shocks, 1" drop front springs (650lb), front 1" & rear 3/4" sway bars.
Floor pans in VERY good shape, surface rust only. Interior in ok shape, needs new carpet, seats recovered/replaced, headliner.
Very tall .273 rear gear ratio (ford called it "econ") LSD in good condition, just too high a ratio for a street car.
Bad Stuff: TITLE IS LISTED AS SALVAGE. Can be changed to Rebuilt. No back fees: off CA/DMV computer system. Pink slip in hand. Brakes completely disconnected, no master cylinder, booster is leaking vacuum (rebuilt booster with the car but not installed). Rear leaf springs bad/sagging: load levelers installed incorrectly. Vinyl top is covering a very thin roof, rust damage, nearly a hole. Typical surface rust at the rear of the "B" pillars.
Gas tank is bad, rusty, gas in it is 5 years old. (Carb rebuilt and cleaned: car starts and runs perfectly from a gas can) Drivers side window broken out, poly carb plastic sheet covering. Windshield has 2 linear cracks, needs replacing. Various small dents and dings, no major damage. Paint is single stage over 30 years old/oxidized and faded (looks white)
