Female only. Small Furnished room for trade in a 3 bedroom house to share with 2 older females,myself and my cousin. Bathroom shared with my cousin. Utilities included. I am a long haul semi truck driver I am only home 4 days every 4 weeks. My cousin works in the Bay Area and is gone 3 days a week. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I need someone to take care of the animals. I would like someone to clean the house. We are very clean people already but mopping, dusting, etc. There is an acre that is fenced with grass, trees, flower beds that needs to be taken care of. You need to have your own car. There is uncovered parking on a gravel driveway no garage. 1/4 mile to the freeway.
Please understand this is a home in the country the nearest Wal-Mart or any other store is 25 minutes away. 30 min to Marysville, Yuba City, Lincoln , Roseville or Downtown Sac. Google Hwy 70 @ Nicolaus Rd to see if distance works for you.
If you enjoy the quiet country, beautiful sunsets, open spaces, gardening and animals you may be a good fit.
420 and cigarette friendly, outside only. No drug use. No excessive alcohol use. No overnights guests. Pets negotiable.
