I am looking for an EXPERIENCED part time house cleaner. Most of the jobs are in West Roseville and North Natomas and a few in between those areas. It pays by the job but averages between 20-30 per hour. You are paid as a contractor and will get a 1099 instead of a W2. You also need to have your own supplies and equipment. I usually schedule you for 2 jobs each day and most (not all) but most of the time they are in the same neighborhood. Depending on customer request, most of the time you start the first one at 9:00 and the 2nd one at around 11:30. Most of our jobs are in 55+ communities so they are single story and easy to clean.
