InAlliance is a community based non-profit, social service organization serving adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury. Our goal is to help adults learn to live more independent lives.
We support adults with developmental disabilities by teaching living skills, training on home management skills and developing social skills.

Shift Available: Part-time & Full-time
House #1 (Placerville): All hours in this house are AWAKE. Duties include but are not limited to: Community Access, intermittent personal care, prompting supports for housekeeping & personal hygiene. Overnight shifts are all awake hours.
House #1 Shift 1: Sunday through Thursday 10pm - 6am (All Awake Hours)
House #1 Shift 2: Monday through Friday 6am - 2pm
House #1 Shift 3: 1st/3rd/5th Weekends begin Fridays 10pm and end on Sunday at 10pm
House #1 Shift 4: 2nd/4th Weekends begin Fridays 10pm and end on Sunday at 10pm

House #2 (Placerville): All hours in this house are AWAKE. Duties include but are not limited to: Light housekeeping, meal prep, patience, medication administration, community access and support at Special Olympics events. Overnight shifts are all awake hours.
House #2 Shift 1: Saturday & Sunday 12am to 4pm (+ Wednesday 8am-2pm option)
House #2 Shift 2: Saturday & Sunday 4pm to 12am (+ Wednesday 8am-2pm option)
House #3 (Placerville): Experience with Dementia a PLUS! Duties include but are not limited to: Light housekeeping, meal prep, patience, medication administration, community inclusion and experience with behavior management.
House #3 Shift 1: Tuesday through Friday 3pm -10pm
House #3 Shift 2: 1 weekend per month Saturday 9am - Monday 9am
(Duties include but are not limited to)
Teaching new household care skills
Teaching social skills and appropriate skills for accessing the community
Community Access / Integration
Required Skills and Experience:
POSITIVE Behavior management Skills (Strongly Preferred for house #3)
Your own vehicle (in good working condition)
Valid CA drivers license & clean driving record
Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Safety Sensitive Position: Must be able to pass a drug screen (Our Drug-free Workplace policy includes marijuana. If you have a positive result for marijuana you will be precluded from employment)
