Facilities Project Manager (Roseville)

compensation: $105,360 - $125,340
employment type: full-time

Assists with the coordination and development of short and long-range plans for school facilities; plans, coordinates, and organizes construction projects, modernization plans, alteration projects, relocation of school buildings and facilities, and other capital outlay projects.

Requirements: Five years of increasingly responsible experience working on large, complex commercial, industrial, or institutional projects. Experience in project planning and construction management with a school district or architectural firm preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related subject is required. Please see job description for full details.

Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, 12 months/year, 260 days/year (12 paid holidays)
