Reading Instructor needed for a small literacy program called The Black Children Reading Academy. The mission is simple: teach children how to read using Science of Reading–aligned instruction.
Students range from 1st–4th grade, with small class sizes capped at 4 students per instructor (1:4 ratio) to ensure individualized support and strong learning outcomes.
• Schedule options: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
• Approximately 90 minutes of paid time per session. Ideally, instructors can teach at least 2 classes, but they may teach as many as they can comfortably handle.
• Paid instructional and planning time
• Training available if needed
