Cafe Dantorel’s is looking for an experienced hospitality professional who can confidently work both the floor and the bar while helping lead shifts and support daily operations.
This is not an entry-level position.
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant
Can bartend confidently and efficiently
Has experience opening and/or closing restaurants
Can lead a shift, problem solve, and keep service flowing
Understands hospitality, urgency, teamwork, and professionalism
Is dependable, mature, and guest-focused
Our restaurant is continuing to grow its evening dinner and cocktail program, and we are building a stronger leadership team around it.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years restaurant serving experience
Bartending experience required
Shift leader / keyholder experience strongly preferred
Weekend and evening availability required
Must work well under pressure
Strong communication and multitasking skills
California Food Handler Card
RBS Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
Professional references required
