Ability to lead and motivate front-of-house teams

Experience with scheduling, inventory, and daily operations
Professional appearance and calm under pressure/high volume
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities include but are not limited to...
Support daily restaurant operations and execution of service
Maintain guest experience standards
Train, coach, and develop team members
Assist with floor management and staff scheduling
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence
Collaborate closely with ownership and culinary leadership
