Assistant Manager – Restaurant (Part-Time to Full-Time, 4–5 Shifts/Week)
We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team!
This position works primarily evening closing shifts, typically 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM, potentially some opening shifts as well 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM. You'll work alongside the team during busy rushes while helping ensure exceptional customer service, food quality, and overall restaurant operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
~Leading by example during lunch and dinner rushes
~Providing excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences
~Supporting and motivating staff throughout each shift
~Training and coaching team members
~Delegating and following up on cleaning and side work
~Maintaining food quality and service standards
~Handling customer concerns professionally and positively
~Assisting with daily restaurant operations and closing procedures
~Helping create a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
What We're Looking For:
~Outgoing, friendly personality
~Strong communication and leadership skills
~Excellent customer service abilities
~Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
~Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
~Restaurant Front-of-House experience required
~Management experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right person
