Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional service to all guests
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure compliance with all state and local liquor laws
• Greet guests promptly and take drink and food orders
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Promote a safe, welcoming, and professional environment
• Perform all duties with strong attention to detail, safety, and efficiency
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years bartending experience or comparable role
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Solid knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic/craft cocktails
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
