2025 IS A YEAR WITH HIGH SOLAR ACTIVITY. THERE WILL BE INCREASED SUNSPOT ACTIVITY AND A GREATER CHANCE OF SOLAR FLARES AND CORONAL MASS EJECTIONS SO DO NOT MISS OUT.
These scopes were selling for $99.99 on Amazon a the beginning of the year but they are no longer available anywhere. A similar version is being sold by Celestron which will cost around $150. After that other solar scopes run over $500.
It weighs under 3 lbs all up so it is easy to take around with you.
The scope is 60mm and includes a backpack, upgraded diagonal, eyepiece, and tripod.
For your protection the SV510 solar eclipse has a non-removable solar filter that complies with the ISO 12312-2:2015 visual solar observation standard. THIS FILTER SHOULD NEVER BE REMOVED. IT CAN ONLY BE USED FOR VIEWING THE SUN. If you remove the solar filter it then can only be used for evening viewing. You can not replace the filter without endangering your eyes.
The scope provides clear and detailed observation images to allow you to easily observe solar eclipses, sunspots and other exciting moments.
It is cool viewing the sunspots because they constantly are moving around and vary in size and number every day.
Realistically you can view the sun more frequently and under better conditions than the skies at night.
The picture of the sun is with a 9mm eyepiece and Samsung galaxy cellphone.
NOTE: The diagonal in the photos is not the one included.
