This is a Jansport brand black laptop briefcase. 2 large zipper compartments. Front one has 7 pockets - 2 are velcro/1 is zipped. 5 compartments for pens/pencils. Hook for keys. Big snap pocket inside. Back section (2nd zippered compartment) is padded on both side for laptop computer and has pocket for it that with velcro closure. Back of briefcase has a snap shut pocket. On side is another zippered pocket. Hooks for shoulder strap which is missing. Very little wear...none apparent on outside or inside. Very nice condition. $10. It is in Penryn. Call show contact info
