Quarter plate mirror in near perfect condition with no chips or cracks AND it has the J ledge for installing properly to keep it from falling or needing to have a shelf created or wood cut to fit to hold it.
This is a high-quality mirror. Just for comparison a 48" x 84" (315 sf) {a little smaller than our offer here of 378sf} is $675.99 at Home Depot! That is almost 7 times more than we're asking.
