This 3 story dollhouse measures 36 inches in height, 24 inches across and 10 inches deep. It is fully decorated with a Christmas theme as Santa's workshop and in addition a Mrs. Clause Sweet shop and the North Pole post office is on the bottom floor. The house contains many handmade items and miniatures I've collected over the years. All pieces within the dollhouse are removeable with the exception of the fireplace, and the toy shelves which are on the top floor. So if you wanted to rearrange things you could. The top floor has several elves busy working on toys. There are several shelves of finished toys on the wall behind them. Also in the room is their working supplies, paints, glues, wood, and a peg board full of tools. The middle floor has Santa, a fireplace, a decorated tree with lots of toys and presents beneath it. It also has a piano and bench. The bottom floor is decorated as the Mrs. Clause sweet shop and it contains shelves filled with all kinds of candies, cakes, and various sweets. There is a Mrs. in the shop along with a little elf standing on a marshmellow. The sweet shop also has a decorated tree that was done with a candy theme and has a whip cream top with a cherry on top. The room next to it is the North ploe post office and it has a counter with piles of packages, all with labels, 2 mailboxes, one for letters to Santa. Also in the room are 2 elves, one sitting on a globe and another inside a mail bag with letters to Santa. The wall behind them has signs, a global map, a time zone map and calendar. Also on this wall is an employee of the month flyer with an elf on it and on opposite wall there are a few “wanted” signs, one with the Grinch and another with Krampus as well as an “escaped” flyer with pictures of the 2 crooks from Home Alone. I have an ebay store and will eventually list this on ebay but I have not figured out the practical logistics of how to safely ship it yet and so for now I am posting it to CL. I live near Madison & 80, I work out of my home, we are fully vaccinated, no pets, so scheduling a pick up should be easy enough.
