This whole bed setup is about 10-15 years old. The frame is solid and easily put together/taken apart for moving.
The frame is in good condition, with some dings here and there, and has a ton of easy storage: four drawers at the foot, ~26"×6", one large drawer on the left side, ~34"×14", and the headboard is about 10" deep with two cubbies and two drawers. The bed itself is about 21" tall (excluding the mattress), and the headboard is ~55" tall. Made of solid wood, and the wood slats that support the mattress are in fairly good condition.
The mattress is just as old, but has not been in constant use over that time. We also have foam and down toppers on the mattress currently that can go with it.
This bed has served us well, but we want to upgrade to a queen size.
We'd be happy to help load it up into your vehicle and give you handwritten instructions for how to reassemble if you'd like that help, but we'd rather not deliver it/help transport it.
