Thirty years old with just one human owner (multiple cat owners).
The house can separate from the tree.
Very solid--ideal for larger/heavier cats who would just topple over a lighter tree. (This helped my "big-boned" cat get to and from a loft bed!)
Flea-free home but we do have clothing moths, so it might be better suited for a catio if that's a concern.
