I have owned the Dresser since the early 1940's. Dresser is in excellent condition with original finish.
Floral designs and Hardware are perfect. The backside has the original manufacturers Monterey marking.
The Mirror is also in excellent condition. Dresser measures 48"H x 36"W x 18" D. Approx weight 65 pounds.
Highly desirable Rare Find. Appraised value depending on condition ranges from $1,500 to $2,200.
