This bed is new in the box! It has never been used or assembled. I opened the box to make sure that all the pieces are in the box before listing it and noticed that the 4 balls at the top of the canopy are missing. These are only for looks and are not necessary to assemble the bed frame. All the other pieces, hardware, tool, and instructions are in the box.
