*Mighty Mule Automatic Gate Opener: This opener is rated for Heavy Duty use and can open/close a gate that is up to 18 feet long or weighing up to 850 pounds. Brand new/never removed from box. I also have a Mighty Mule Solar Powered Battery Charger: This 10W unit allows for the gate opener to be solar-powered so that you do not have to run power to your gate. Brand new/never removed from box. Both of these were gifts and have never been removed from their original packaging. Sold new, the opener is 573.24 and the battery charger is $149.00. I am selling both of them for $500, saving you $225.22 from retail. I am also adding two brand new remote openers and one brand new keypad opener at no extra cost.

*Electric ATV-mounted Seed Spreader: This spreader mounts to the rear rack of your quad, is powered by the cigarette/auxillary plug, and has a rain cover. It is easily mounted and easy to adjust the feed rate. The spreader broadcast range is up to 25 feet. I used it to seed my pasture, but it is also ideal for spreading fertilizer, grass seed on lawns, weed killer on driveways, feeding livestock over an extended area, or any other application of dry free-flowing materials. $155.77 new, and I'm asking $100 or best offer.
*EarthWay 25lb Nylon Bag Seeder/Spreader: This seed spreader comes with a cross-shoulder strap for comfort, has side spread control, and a spring-loaded shutoff. I didn't use this spreader given my decision to purchase the ATV spreader above. $59.16 new and I'm asking $40.
*Dryland Premium Pasture Seed Mix: I have 100 pounds of this seed mix consisting of orchardgrass, ladak alfalfa, wildrye, and several varieties of brome and wheatgrass. This mix is intended for pastures with no irrigation or in areas with 11-13 inches of annual precipitation, so it does very well here in Northern California. This seed has been stored in 27-gallon totes in my shop since last winter. I bought this mix for $455 ($4.55/pound), and I'm asking $400 or best offer.
*Oat Seed: I have 100 pounds of Monico oat seed. Monico is an early to mid-season, relatively tall spring oat with excellent yield potential under both irrigated and dryland conditions. Juvenile plant growth is erect and immature foliage is blue-green in color. Kernels of Monico are typically plump, mid-long, creamy white, and similar in appearance to those of Otana, Cayuse, and Monida.This seed has been stored in 27-gallon totes in my shop since last winter. *Sorghum Seed: I have 50 pounds of this seed. I mixed this nutritious grain into my pastures because it is drought-tolerant, provides winter forage when the seeds ripen and remain standing, and is a great cover crop to help maintain pasture moisture and extend the growing period here in Northern California. This seed has been stored in 27-gallon totes in my shop since last winter. It's worth $149.50 ($2.99/pound), and I'm asking $100 or best offer.
*Economy Pasture Seed Mix: I have 50 pounds of this seed mix consisting of tall fescue, meadow brome, and multiple varieties of clover and orchardgrass. I bought this mix because it is very effective at driving out weeds. It performs best under sprinkler irrigation, but it can be flood irrigated once the seedlings have matured. It's best used for pasture for livestock or can be cut for hay. This seed has been stored in 27-gallon totes in my shop since last winter. I bought it for $217.50 ($4.35/pound), and I'm asking $200 or best offer.
