Hello! I am accepting reservations for this year’s lambs. I have 3 east friesian ewes, all expecting in February.
Sheep milk is wonderful and creamy, much like goat milk but more cream. And the cream rises to the top like cows milk. It makes wonderful cheese and may be easier to digest than cow or goat milk.
My babies will be very high percentage east friesian, and one of my ewes is mixed with awassi and finnsheep, all wonderful dairy breeds.
My ewes have nice large teats which are great for hand milking. My ram has such a friendly personality. Last year, my one ewe had triplets and was producing nearly a gallon a day at her peak.
Please reach out to discuss and make arrangements.
