Both Italian reds, Aglianico and Sagrantino live by the 3 F's - Fuller, Forward, and Fruitful. These varietals are harvested when you pick your brix. Until then, the grapes will flourish under the Delta sunshine combined with its breeze for just the right air flow. The flavors are exquisite!
