Includes staining.(Redwood, Cedar, or White)
Other colors available for additional fee.
Good for up to 6 hens.
Plexiglass windows.
Plastic flooring for easy cleaning.
Designed for deep litter method.(6" of pine shavings) Very low maintenance.
Coop is 3 1'2' x 4 1/2'. Run is 4 1/2' x 8' x 6'h.
Overall footprint is 4 1/2' x 11 1/2'.
Run can be made shorter or longer as needed.

Other available options:
Metal roof on the run.
Adding hardware cloth to the whole run.(standard on lower 2' of walls)
Adding pavers around the perimeter.
Adding a hardware cloth apron.
Delivery/set-up.
