I have 10 ‘Wells Special’ Hinoki Cypress available. As seen in last photo they are fully rooted in 5 gallon pots, and will plant out at apx 3 feet tall. This upright grower is sun tolerant as long as watered properly. Like all shrubs they will look better with some afternoon shade. Frequent watering is the key.
This is a special plant with characteristics appropriate for the Japanese or woodland style garden. Hinokis are like Japanese maples as plant collectors seek them out.
