Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians (In-Home & Clinic-Based)
Make a meaningful impact—support children with autism as they learn, grow, and thrive in their everyday environments. No ABA experience needed—we provide paid training!
Pay & Schedule
$16.90–$22.00 per hour
Part-time role
Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work afternoons and early evenings
Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma + one of the following:
- At least one completed college course
- Currently enrolled in college
- Associe’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Reliable transportion, valid driver’s license, registrion & insurance
- Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locions (20–40mi radius)
- Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
Wh You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
- Help children build communicion, social, and daily living skills
- Travel to client homes and local community locions to provide services
- Collabore with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
