Hi everyone, I’m currently looking for housing in the Sacramento area (Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, East Sacramento, Oak Park preferred).
I’m looking for either a private room (preferably a master bedroom), studio, or 1-bedroom. My budget is up to $1,200/month.
I’m also open to renting with my uncle if we find a 2 bed / 2 bath house with a garage preferred. Our combined budget would be up to $2,500/month. My uncle has good credit, and I have steady full-time employment with weekly pay.
About me: I’m responsible, quiet, clean, and I always pay rent on time. I’m looking for a long-term place and I work consistently.
Pets: I have 6 pets total, 3 of which are ESA animals. They stay in my room 100% of the time unless I’m in shared spaces like the kitchen or living room, and they remain in my room when I’m not home.
Move-in date is July 1st (I need to be out of my current apartment by July 31st).
