The Pampered Chef Ultimate Mandolin. Slice and grate perfectly with the Ultimate Mandolin. This all-in-one tool has three interchangeable stainless steel blades for crinkle-cutting, V-shaped slicing or adjustable slicing, plus a grating blade. It's designed with a recessed blade mechanism so the blade only opens to make a cut when the food holder passes over it. The food holder keeps your hands away from the blade, down to the very last slice. Use it with the easel over a cutting board or bowl.
