Position Summary
Assist and support the CFO with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Risk Management and Accounting duties. Full-time, Part-time and/or flexible schedule considered.

Essential Duties
• Respond and resolve employee inquires and concerns
• Assist hiring managers with job postings and candidate screening
• Update and administer HR policies and procedures
• Conduct new hire on-boarding and orientations
• Process payroll
• Maintain employee files and records
• Benefits administration including open enrollment, invoice review and processing
• Maintain insurance records
• Process background checks
• Reconciling accounting records
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be able maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Ability to analyze, think logically and propose solutions
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and research via the internet
• Minimum two years related experience and/or training
• 2-5 years of applicable education or experience preferred
