We have an immediate opening for an experienced human resources professional to provide direct consultation to businesses and non-profit organizations throughout Northern California.
Individual will provide clients with a variety of services that complement the employment law services of Holden Law Group, including guidance on employee relations and legal compliance, employee training programs, and assistance with policy development. Clients served range from large organizations to small businesses in all industries and assignments will include in-office work, client on-site work, and the opportunity to work remotely. Position could be full time or part time.
Qualified candidates will have extensive, current experience as a HR Generalist and possess one of the following current certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR-CA, SHRM-SCP or SPHR-CA. Ideal candidates will also have experience as a HR Manager or HR Consultant and a degree in HR Management, Business, Communications or a related field. Candidate should possess the ability to successfully interact with and inspire confidence in clients, be a proactive leader with superior organizational and problem solving skills, and enjoy and be successful conducting engaging employee trainings. Candidate should be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and writing skills, be committed to client service and have a positive attitude.
