We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our expanding team. If you are ready for an exciting career in the commercial roofing industry then we want you!


  • Associate Degree and/or PHR Certification required.
  • 3+ years in Human Resources Role required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support the full cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating employment offers, and onboarding)

  • Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.

  • Responsible for maintaining personnel files by managing all required paperwork consistent with company standards. Includes, scanning and uploading documents, required certificates, and other paperwork, following proper file naming protocol and storage in HRIS.

  • Manage resolution of employee relations investigations to ensure fair, consistent and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures and values.

  • Assist with annual and interim benefit open enrollment process. Arrange for distribution of materials from carriers, assists with communicating changes to team members and processing benefit changes within deadlines.

  • Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them; champion utilization of documentation through HRIS.
