Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a college or technical school; or two year to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, safety manuals and Employee Handbook. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before managers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Advance Knowledge and skills with software applications such as UltiPro and Cornerstone and other HRIS system knowledge a plus.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to multi-task while meeting various deadlines and producing high quality work.
