I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer offering Zoom Personal Training Sessions for $40/session. In-person, socially distanced training is available in San Francisco for $80/session. I am fully vaccinated.

About My Training:
My personal training practice is extremely communicative. I am here to support client goals wholeheartedly with a personalized approach that is supportive, yet challenging.
I strive to have an open dialogue about achieving fitness gains in a way that empowers the client– I want people to enjoy working out and take it as an opportunity to nourish and push themselves. It is important to champion effective goal-setting with the client so that they can achieve the changes that they are striving for in a consistent, methodical way.
I promise improvements in the physical fitness of clients, and am happy to provide wellness coaching as well. All training communication is gender-affirming, ED and trauma-sensitive.

I’ve been an athlete for over 20 years. I have served as in leadership capacities (team captain, etc) in high school and D1 Collegiate Athletics. Over the course of my career, I won many esteemed competitions and broke collegiate weightlifting records. In college, my athletics team won 2nd at national championships– twice. I learned so much in my time as a D1 athlete, and I am passionate about passing that knowledge on to others. Since college I have run 8 half marathons and one marathon, and have fully committed to developing an ethos of holistic, nourishing fitness practice as a lifestyle.
There is a minimum commitment of four weekly sessions after the initial flexibility and endurance assessment. After that time, sessions can be scheduled per-diem.
