Maintenance Worker
$18 per hour to start plus subsidized medical & paid vacations
Wage is increased after successful 90 days.
We are seeking a maintenance worker for a large mobile home park in Citrus Heights. Maintenance experience is preferred but will consider training the right person. Primary duties consist of landscape maintenance, building maintenance, fence & retaining wall repairs or replacements and assisting with plumbing repairs when necessary. We are looking for a reliable team player for this position. Background checks are required as a condition of employment.
