This is not a one-trick job. We cross-train our team to handle all phases of pool construction so you stay busy, build real skills, and get paid more for knowing more.
Every workday starts from our Auburn office — you must have reliable transportation to get here.
What you'll be doing:
Excavation and trenching, underground plumbing, electrical conduit, equipment installation (pumps, filters, heaters, automation), new pool builds, remodels, surface repairs, tile work, and pool prep for plaster. We rotate our crew through all of it.
What we're looking for:
Some construction, pool, plumbing, or trade experience is preferred but we will train a person who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn.
You need to be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, work on your knees, walk uneven ground, and get in and out of trenches.
Outdoor work year-round including hot Sacramento Valley summers.
Valid CA driver's license required. Clean record. Trailer towing experience a plus.

Monday–Friday — Saturdays are rare, we mean it
