Swimming Pool Coatings Labor Position Available (Loomis)

NOW HIRING: LABORERS – ADVANCED POOL COATINGS

Advanced Pool Coatings, a leader in swimming pool resurfacing and fiberglass coating systems, is looking for dependable Laborers to join our growing team.

This position involves assisting with the preparation and installation of pool resurfacing systems. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay depends on experience. No experience? We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist with swimming pool resurfacing and coating installation
• Prepare pool surfaces (draining, cleaning, grinding, sanding, patching, etc.)
• Mix and apply fiberglass, resin, and coating materials as directed
• Assist with masking, taping, and protecting surrounding areas
• Set up and clean up tools, equipment, and job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work with crew members to complete projects on schedule

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid CA Driver’s License
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to shop/job sites
• Basic communication skills in English or Spanish

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor work
• Comfortable working around water and in pool environments
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Ability to travel out of town for jobs 50% or more of the time (company pays hotel and per diem)
• Ability to work overtime or weekends when needed
• Construction or pool experience preferred (training provided)

Pay

Compensation based on experience and current Sacramento market rates.
