Burger Physical Therapy has offered therapy services to the Sacramento community for more than forty years!

Burger Physical Therapy has 14 Outpatient Clinics in the greater Sacramento Area spanning from Auburn to Placerville to Elk Grove to Woodland and several in-between.

We seek a professional, competent, resourceful, reliable and independent Operational/Facilities Assistant that can do anything from basic handyman services to administrative office tasks.

We need an individual that is comfortable rotating through clinics to ensure all basic maintenance has been tended to and completed. This position also includes organization and managing files, may include scheduling meetings and appointments and/or supporting staff with administrative tasks.
This is a GREAT position for a self-starter who is able to work independently and has reliable transportation.
This position is offered at approximately 20 hours per week with partial benefits, hourly pay including driving time between facilities plus 50 cents per mile between facilities and a flex schedule that needs to be between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, Mondays – Fridays (weekend days only when needed).

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

Organize contractors and repair services for specific clinic needs, meet at clinic and orchestrate needs
Basic handyman services to ensure basic upkeep of clinics
General knowledge of procedures for repair and/or replacement of basic items
Basic knowledge of cleaning, painting, carpet cleaning, etc.
Assist with set-up and cleaning during employee related events, as needed
Supply delivery to locations to include counting, rotation and restocking
Moving equipment from one facility to another
Arrange vendors & clients, serve as a Gatekeeper to those providing services
Other duties as assigned by Department Supervisor
Proficient computer skills to include Outlook Office and Excel with the ability to operate general office equipment

Requirements:

Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
This job requires the following physical activities: stand, walk, sit, climb a ladder, reach and manipulate items above the head, lift at least 40 lbs, kneel, and use tools
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Detail oriented
Clean driving record
Eager to learn
Able to work in a professional setting
Experience as a handyman (personal or professional)
