Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking a professional, mature candidate for a full-time GROUNDSKEEPER/ PORTER position in our community in Natomas.
This position would provide property & grounds cleaning, various custodial/janitorial duties, and most importantly a warm and personable, customer-service enthusiasm.
PLEASE NOTE: Working weekends is required. Valid driver's license is preferred. Background check and drug screen upon offer of employment.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive entry-level wage of $21.50/hour, plus free maintenance technician training, full medical/dental benefits, a 401k savings plan with company match, insurance, vision plan and other discounts. Advancement opportunities available!
