Simply Chic Staging & Designs is a premier home staging company serving the Greater Sacramento area. We transform homes to help them sell faster and for top dollar. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Mover/Driver to join our growing team.
Position Summary
As a Mover/Driver, you will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, delivering, and installing furniture and décor for occupied and vacant home staging projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Safely drive company trucks and cargo vans to staging locations.
Load, unload, and transport furniture, artwork, accessories, and staging inventory.
Assist with furniture placement and staging installations according to design plans.
Protect client homes and inventory during transportation and setup.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and company vehicles.
Perform inventory checks and assist with warehouse organization.
Follow company safety procedures and moving best practices.
Provide professional and courteous service to clients, agents, and team members.
Qualifications
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry furniture and décor items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Experience in moving, delivery, furniture installation, warehouse work, or staging is preferred but not required.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
