Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Home Staging Assistant to join our team. This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who enjoys design, physical work, and being part of a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with staging installations and de-installations in vacant homes
Load, unload, and transport decor, bedding, pillows, etc.
Arrange furniture and accessories according to staging plans
Organize decor and properly store items after staging removals
Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging inventory and indoor warehouse
Clean and prep inventory and warehouse space to ensure items are client-ready
Support the lead stager with on-site tasks and styling details
Ensure all items are handled with care and professionalism
Qualifications
Interest in interior design, real estate, or home styling (preferred but not required)
Ability to lift and move (50+ lbs)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Ability to work well in a team and take direction
