- We are based out of Roseville near Sacramento but have a radius of 2 hours so anyone within 2 hours is welcome to see if we can be a good fit.
- We pay for materials upfront (This is negotiable if you have great pricing and prefer to obtain material on your own accounts)
- We pay for labor but provide a list of items that we pay an extra amount for.
- We expect subs to back work for a minimum of 1 year at no cost if any issues occur that is unrelated to product failure.
- Schedule site surveys before completing any work. After site surveys, scope of work and cost are to be shared in full detail and agreed upon before moving forward.
We are a company that has great reviews and in-house crews but are looking to be able to take care of our growing client base needs on time.
We are better suited to work with contractors who are smaller businesses and don't carry the same kind of overhead that some larger entities have to keep affordable pricing for all of our customers. We aim for quality workmanship above all else.
We will pull permits and we leave it on our installers to properly walk a job prior to install to ensure smooth final inspections. We take care of permit cost/ running/ and 3rd party test if required. We also schedule finals but expect installers to make themselves available for final inspections when needed.
