Stone & Beyond is looking for an experienced Lead Countertop Installer to join our growing team!
We specialize in high-quality fabrication and installation of quartz, granite, quartzite, and marble countertops. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and knows how to get a job done right the first time.
What You’ll Do:
Lead installation crew on residential and light commercial projects
Install countertops (quartz, granite, marble, etc.) with precision
Ensure proper handling, transport, and installation of materials
Communicate with clients and team members professionally on-site
Problem-solve and make judgment calls in the field
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
3+ years of countertop installation experience
Strong knowledge of seams, leveling, and proper installation techniques
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physical environment
Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
Leadership mindset and reliability is a must
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with fabrication
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
