We are hiring Forklift Operators, Manual Pallet Jack Operators, to support packaging material unloading and movement at a Fulfillment Center.
Pay:
• General Labor / Forklift Operator – $19.00-$20.00 per hour
• Non-Exempt (Overtime eligible under California law)
• No employer-sponsored benefits
Schedule:
Alternative Workweek Schedule (4/10)
Four 10-hour shifts per week
8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Overtime paid in accordance with California law.
Under a valid Alternative Workweek Schedule, overtime applies after 10 hours in a workday and after 40 hours in a workweek. Double time may apply after 12 hours in a day.
Meal and rest breaks provided per California law.
Job Duties:
• Unload packaging materials from trailers using forklifts (PIT) and pallet jacks
• Down stack pallets as needed
• Move materials from dock to staging areas
• Match materials to Bills of Lading and report discrepancies
• Maintain clean and safe dock/staging areas
• Follow all safety procedures
• Report equipment or safety concerns immediately
Requirements:
• Forklift experience preferred (training may be provided to qualified candidates)
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk 8–10 hours
• Must pass background check prior to start (in accordance with CA law)
