**About the Role**
We are a family-owned construction company doing residential and light commercial work: full remodels, ADUs, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and rough-to-finish carpentry. We are looking for a hands-on foreman who can run jobs in the field so the owner can focus on managing the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Run day-to-day operations on job sites (residential and light commercial)
- Read and understand construction plans, specs, and scopes of work
- Coordinate and supervise small crews and subcontractors
- Plan daily tasks, help with material orders, and keep jobs on schedule
- Ensure quality workmanship from rough to finish
- Communicate clearly with the owner, clients, inspectors, and subs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Solve problems on site and make basic field decisions within the scope of the plans
**Requirements**
- **Previous experience as a foreman, lead carpenter, or similar role** (must have run jobs before)
- **Strong construction knowledge**: framing, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, basic coordination with other trades
- **Able to read and interpret plans and details** without constant supervision
- **Bilingual – Spanish and English required** (must be able to give instructions and talk to clients/subs)
- **Reliable personal vehicle (preferably a truck or work vehicle)** to travel to different job sites and move small tools/materials
- **Own basic hand and power tools**
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with clients and crew
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
**Pay & Schedule**
- **Pay:** $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skills
- Full-time – typically Monday–Friday, some Saturdays as needed
