• Assist lead technician on residential and light commercial installs
• Load/unload tools and materials
• Cut and hang ductwork, run flex, set condensers, clean up site
• Work in attics, rooftops, and crawlspaces
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle heat

🚚 Requirements:
• Reliable transportation to meet on-site or at shop
• Basic hand tool experience preferred
• HVAC School graduates preferred
• Must be on time, willing to learn, and ready to work
• Safety-minded
