Requirements (Must Have):
Active CSLB License (C-17 or appropriate classification)
Current Contractor Bond
General Liability Insurance
Workers’ Compensation Insurance (required if you have employees)
Proven experience installing retrofit / replacement windows
Strong attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness
Ability to meet schedules and communicate professionally with homeowners
