RP] Replace Felt Paper & Bats
[Repair] Required Repair: Remove all roofing material around the area
of concern as needed, clean out all debris Re-install roofing material
after cleaning to allow for proper water flow. This includes replacing all
felt paper with new 30 lb, strong quality felt paper underlayment, Approx 50 sq ft. Also
includes replacing all wooden bats with upgraded plastic graded bats.
The upgraded bats are designed with drainage holes to prevent any
water pooling, and preventing leaks. See photos.
