Carpet Installer Needed – Apartment Unit (Oakpark, Sacramento)

I’m looking for an experienced carpet installer to replace carpet in a rental unit. This includes removal of existing carpet and full installation of new carpet.

I would prefer someone who can also supply the carpet for the project. I’m open to using remnants if it helps reduce cost. Color and texture can be flexible, but I am looking for a clean, neutral look with a thicker carpet pad for added comfort.

Project Details:

• Remove and dispose of existing carpet
• Install new carpet with proper cutting and stretching
• Install or reuse padding (prefer thicker pad)
• Existing tack strips appear in good condition and can likely be reused
• Transition strips can be reused if suitable (otherwise I will handle separately)

Room Dimensions:

• Front Bedroom: 11' x 10'6" (Closet: 2' x 5')
• Middle Bedroom: 11'1" x 11' (Closet: 2' x 5')
• Back Bedroom: 13'6" x 13' (Closet included)

Requirements:

• Must have experience with proper carpet installation (cutting, seaming, stretching)
• No subpar or shortcut work
• Must bring own tools
