✅ Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial maintenance or repairs
• Must have reliable transportation and tools
• Available Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
• Must be able to work independently in commercial facilities (retail chains, offices, and service sites)
• Valid plumbing license required for plumbers
• No subcontractors — direct hire positions only
