My company sells a wide range of metal products, including benches, picnic tables, pergolas, lockers, trash cans, playgrounds, parking signs, dog park equipment, and bike racks. Our company is growing fast, and we need some help!
We're looking for an experienced construction/installation specialist who can help on a part-time, as-needed basis.
Work is irregular — some months we might have a few jobs, and other months none. There are currently seven projects scheduled for 2026, with more likely to be added. You would be installing these projects. Some could take as little as half a day, while others might require three or more days. Most projects are in this area and around the Bay Area.
> Scope of Work:
Installation of metal products described above. Tasks include unloading, lifting/carrying, transporting materials, drilling, sawing, wrenching, hammering, assembling, installing, and site cleanup.
> Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Legal ability to work in the U.S.
- Sometimes need to lift heavy items
- Steel-toe boots needed
- Willing to work under payroll when required (this is rare, but some jobs require workers’ comp or prevailing wage jobs)
- Professional, dependable, and safety-minded
> Compensation: $500/day, with fuel reimbursement when applicable
